A deposit of $500 is required to hold your date. The deposit must be paid
in full before the date of your event. The remainder of your payment is due upon receipt of your proof book.

consultation included: The parties agree to a pre-event consultation two to three weeks before the event date in order to
finalize the specific shooting times, itinerary, locations and request list (to be filled out with priority indicated) for
specific photographs.
